Invictus Australia ZERO600
Six Australian veterans suicide every month – we think that’s worth losing sleep over.
Rodney Cottam is an official ambassador for Invictus Australia’s ZERO600 challenge.
The challenge will raise awareness of the devastating suicide rates for involuntary discharged ex-service males and females, through a simple yet incredibly impactful challenge.
To get involved in the ZERO600 challenge this June, you can either sign-up or donate via the links below.
Rise at 6am, for 6 days in June, for the 6 veterans who die by suicide every month in Australia.
In the depths of winter, when dark mornings linger and the doona calls loudest, ZERO600 challenges you to trade the snooze button for a sunrise.
Inspired by the power of routine long embedded in military life, this challenge invites you to start each day with intention and purpose.
Will you rise to the challenge?
Invictus Australia’s ZERO600 Challenge: 1 - 6 June, 2026
Invictus Australia’s national fundraising campaign, ZERO600, is back in 2026 bigger and better than before.
The objective is simple yet incredibly impactful: rise by 6am for six consecutive days, complete an exercise routine with a friend, team, pet or by yourself and show your support.
By getting out of bed earlier to participate in our ZERO600 fundraising challenge, you too can transform your morning, stay active and connected whilst lending a hand to our nation’s Veteran community.
“When you catch yourself focusing on things you cannot control, you've got to push that aside. Push all the white noise aside.”
Rodney ‘Rocket’ Cottam
