These results don’t happen overnight either, they take time and require consistent discipline and effort.
Championship teams don’t achieve long-term success over a short period, gaining strength doesn’t happen in a week but after weeks, months and sometimes years, after consistently turning up and dedicating themselves.

What’s Happened?
Rodney completed the Sri Chinmoy Canberra Trail 100km race yesterday. Starting at 6:00am, the course navigated through the hills and trails of our nation’s capital. 103km with 3,000m of elevation gain. It was a tough day, with a rollercoaster of emotions and adapting to how his body was responding, having to deal with a few issues. In the end, mission complete, finishing in 34th position. What’s Upcoming?
Having only just completed one race, Rodney has 4 weeks until competing in the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by Asics. No Sydney is a World Major, there is an impressive field turning up from around the world, including the greatest ever, Eliud Kipchoge.
