It’s a key component of our mission to help enhance the performance of those we work with and those around us – the commitment we make to ourselves, each other, and the standards we hold as we pursue them.

Integrity is doing what you say you will do, long after the mood has left, and when no one is around to see whether it’s done or not. It’s the quiet, consistent discipline that separates those who just talk about growth and those who are committed to living it.

The battleplan and missions we set aren’t just on a task list, they’re promises to ourselves, each other, our families, our team, and our purpose.

Integrity shows up in the small moments:

• When you’re all alone and no one is watching.

• When the conditions aren’t ideal, when it’s either too hot or too cold.

• When you’re tired, overwhelmed, sore, can’t be bothered or tempted to take short cuts.

• When sticking to your work feels inconvenient.
