2025 Recap
Rodney and Chris’ Thoughts
2025 was a year of change and laying the foundations at Run Rocket Run.
We followed our passion to put service before self and assist with enhancing the performance of others, because we are all capable of so much more.
We launched The Enhanced Effort Podcast recording 27 episodes, sharing stories and talking to some amazing guests about drive, overcoming adversity and the pursuit to continue to push further.
Some highlights from our Spotify recap:
A Marathon Show – Fans listened to our podcast for longer than 87% of other podcasts.
A 2025 Instant Hit Show – Debut season was more popular than 92% of other new podcasts.
A 2025 Talked About Show – We received more comments than 96% of other podcasts.
We created the weekly Monday Mindset newsletter, sending 20 editions to inspire, challenge and provoke thinking as to how we can all achieve growth.
We presented workshops to more than 500 people from various industries, drawing on our experience in professional sport and elite military backgrounds as well as corporate leadership roles, to provide tools and protocols to increase their standards using the fundamental pillars of performance.
We held the inaugural Hurt28 event in Sydney, running 28kms from Circular Quay to Manly carrying a weight bag in teams and we also completed a 24-hour challenge continuously running a section of the Reef Beach and Dobroyd Head 1.56km track as many times as possible for 24 hours straight, to raise money for Invictus Australia.
It’s been a challenging and rewarding 2025.
Thank you to our Run Rocket Run partners, organisations and businesses who have trusted us and people who have supported us throughout the year as we’ve laid the foundation to grow further in 2026.
From the team at Run Rocket Run have a Happy New Year and go out and achieve your missions in 2026.
